Alice has accumulated more than 25 years of experience, mainly in the NHS, where she specialised in musculoskeletal and womens health physiotherapy. She has a wealth of experience in treating conditions such as low back pain, neck pain and soft tissue injuries.

Following a thorough assessment, individually tailored treatment options are discussed, which may include:

Ultrasound

Ultrasound used to treat various musculoskeletal issues you may have including pain, tissue injury, and muscle spasms.

Shortwave

Pulsed shortwave therapy is the application of high frequency electromagnetic energy to the body to reduce pain and swelling.

Peripheral joint moblisation

Spinal mobilisation and manipulation

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery

Soft tissue massage

Modified pilates

Acupuncture

First Appointment

Full assesment of current condition and relevent medical history, including examination and treatment plan.

( 65 minute appointment, up to 50 minutes with physio)

New Condition Appointment

£60

For patients who have previously attended, but have a new condition.

( 55 minute appointment, up to 40 minutes with physio)

Follow up Appointment

£48

Review appointment to continue treatment and monitor progress.

( 45 minute appointment, up to 30 minutes with physio)

Ultrasound

Follow up ultrasound only.

Cancelation fee for short notice cancelations (less than 24 hours) at 50% of the full price
